Each delegate needs their own email address — they'll receive their own login and their certificate will be issued in their own name.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not submitted the assessment. Once the assessment has been submitted the course is treated as complete and no refund is available. To request a refund, email tomlister.lpa@gmail.com.
